Every booking finds its trip
Flights, hotels, trains, the rental car, dinners and tickets land on the right trip, day by day. Even what was only in the attachment: the lockbox code, the house’s real address, the rail e-ticket.
Home is different
Dinners and gigs in your own city get an Around town list, instead of being filed under a trip or asking you where they belong. Each still tells you when to leave. Only want trips? Switch it off.

When do I actually need to leave?
Every plan earns a “leave by”: the drive priced against the traffic predicted for when you’ll actually set off, plus time to park or return the car. It tightens as the day gets closer, and says “On your way” once you’ve left.
At the airport, the flight is one glanceable card on your Lock Screen: gate, a countdown from boarding to door close, and when it slips, the new time beside the one you booked. The map shows your gate, the walk to it, the lounges, and the plane itself, from pushback until it’s parked.
When plans move
Two hours late. Now what about dinner?
A delay is never just a delay. It’s the rental counter that shuts at ten, the hotel that stops checking in at midnight, the table booked for eight. TripTidy works out what the new landing time breaks, while there’s still time to do something about it.
Knows what’s at risk
When a flight slips, everything after it is re-checked. The plans you’d now miss turn amber, with how late you’d get there, counting the drive across town and the wait for bags.

What can TripTidy read in my inbox?
With Gmail connected, TripTidy has read-only access and looks at new mail solely to find travel confirmations, including the text of PDF attachments, where check-in instructions and e-tickets often live. Non-travel email and its attachments are discarded at a cheap classification step and never stored. You can revoke access in your Google account at any time.
What if I don’t want to connect my inbox?
Forward any confirmation email to your personal TripTidy address and it becomes a trip the same way. Connecting is the set-it-and-forget-it option, not the only one.
Does TripTidy work with Siri?
Yes, with zero setup. Ask where you’re staying, when your next flight departs, or for a confirmation code, and Siri answers from a locked phone. Trips show up in Spotlight search, and everything is automatable in Shortcuts. What does it cover besides flights?
Hotels and Airbnbs, trains, rental cars, restaurant reservations, event tickets, parking, and airport transfers: anything with a confirmation email, including details that only arrive as a PDF, like a rental’s door code. Dinners and events in your home city get their own Around town list instead of being filed under a trip. Flights additionally get live status: delays, gate changes, and cancellations, often before the airline’s own email.
Can I track a flight I’m not on?
Yes. Type the flight number and date into the Watching tab and it runs live: delays, gate, landing, carousel, the map, and a pickup “leave by” timed to when they reach the curb. No booking email needed. Flights you book for someone else land there on their own.
Does TripTidy tell me when to leave?
Yes. Each plan gets a “leave by” time, with the drive priced against the traffic predicted for when you’ll actually go, plus a buffer to return a rental, park, or clear security. It shows on the card and fires as a reminder, tightening as departure nears.
What happens when a flight is delayed?
The alert reaches you first (often before the airline’s email), and TripTidy re-checks the rest of your day: a now-tight connection, a check-in cutoff you might blow, a dinner you’d miss. Anything at risk is flagged so you can fix it early, not at the gate.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Never, not by us, and our AI provider processes your email content without training on it. See the privacy policy for the specifics.
